After payment, customers can contact us directly via phone or email and provide their payment confirmation number.
Get Support:
Our IT Help Desk will:
- Provide remote assistance immediately, OR
- Schedule an on-site visit for eligible areas.
Track Time Usage:
Unused time from a session can be banked for future use (valid for up to 90 days).
