Tier 2: Intermediate Support
Tier 2 Tech Support provides more in-depth troubleshooting and support for issues that go beyond basic troubleshooting. No Parts Repair Service
Our No Parts Repair service offers an affordable and efficient solution for repairing your devices without the need for additional parts. If your device requires repair that does not involve replacing any hardware components, this service allows you to get it fixed for a flat rate. We handle the repair process while ensuring your device is in good working condition once it’s returned.
Service Details:
Non-Local Pickup: For customers outside the local area, we offer pickup and return services at a pre-set mileage rate. The mileage fee covers roundtrip travel to and from your location.
Flat Rate Repair Fee: You pay a fixed price for repairs as long as no parts are needed. This covers labor and the repair process.
Pickup Options:
Local Pickup: If you are within our local service area, we can pick up and return the device to you with no additional travel charges.
How It Works:
- Select Your Device Type: Choose the device that needs repair (e.g., laptop, desktop, smartphone, etc.).
- Choose Pickup Type:
- Select Local Pickup if you’re in the immediate area, or
- Non-Local Pickup if you are located outside our service area.
- Mileage Fees: If you are using Non-Local Pickup, select the roundtrip mileage required for our team to travel to and from your location.
- Payment: You will pay for the flat repair rate, the pickup fee (if applicable), and any mileage charges upfront through our PayPal buttons.
Additional Details:
- No Parts Needed: This service is only available for repairs that do not require replacement parts. If parts are required during the repair, the service will be escalated to a different tier that includes the cost of parts.
- Fast & Convenient: Once your device is repaired, it will be returned to you quickly and safely.
With No Parts Repair, you can save on unnecessary costs while ensuring that your devices are repaired quickly and efficiently, all at an upfront, transparent price.
